Like what we find evergreen stars, here is a location that is ‘Evergreen’ – Green House Raj Milan in the heart of Gandhinagar, hub of film activities that has completed 25 years for 22nd November.


Green House Vasu his brothers Ramu, Umesh, Govindaraj and Lingaraj hosted a party to the film media and PROs of Kannada cinema on Tuesday night.  One of the five brothers was not present at the party hosted for silver jubilee.


Eldest of the five Green House Vasan stated that the blessings of Dr Rajakumar 25 years ago were the first one to go ahead. We did not want to invite Dr Raj for a Bar and Restaurant inauguration and that’s why we named it as ‘Green House’. Our 6th brother Ganesh who died in an accident wished for ‘G’ letter. Our mother name was also Gowramma, Vasan went on a flash back.


In all 1300 film press meets have taken place at this ‘Green House’. We are indebted to media and PROs of Kannada cinema. Many of the MPs, MLAs, MLCs have recognized this place. We have kept the tag line ‘Best place to wine and dine’ from an Ireland visitor who wrote in the guest book.


Green House as a point of well recognized spot will be always with you people. We have incorporated suggestions; I should thank our staff, cooks and stewards on keeping up the journey so long. There is a feel of comfort what the media people have said. That is our earning. I remember architect Sathya, Goerge D Souza, Murali and others. It is not just a business we are looking for but also a close bondage with the people via ‘Green House’ pointed Vasan.


We continue to give good service and we need our support stated Vasan in his conclusion. PROs of Kannada cinema Nagendra, Sudheendra Venkatesh, Vijayakumar, Harish, Kallesh, Vasu and a few of the film media journalists were present to express their happiness on silver jubilee of Green House.
